Free digital platform on adolescent risk behaviours now available in six languages
The final version of the School Teachers Learning platform is now freely available at www.schoolteacherslearning.eu. It is available in English, Slovenian, Croatian, Spanish, Danish and Lithuanian and provides free professional-development and implementation resources for secondary-school teachers addressing adolescent risk behaviours.
The final platform brings together a online course, module questionnaires and a certificate pathway, AI-supported practice scenarios, an editable Tool for Developing Your School’s Prevention System with a dedicated AI assistant, a Database of Good Practices and Policy Recommendations. The resources are designed to help teachers move from understanding prevention and adolescent risk factors to assessing needs, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a coherent school prevention system.
Final English resources receive full marks from the project partnership
On 11 and 12 November 2025, representatives of the project organisations met in Slovenia to carry out a joint expert review of the final English resources. The final online course, evaluation approach, prevention-system tool and core digital platform each received a score of 10/10 from the consortium.
The redesigned course now consists of five units and 21 modules and combines structured learning content with podcasts, visual resources, practical activities, module questionnaires and AI-supported scenarios. The prevention-system tool has also been revised and complemented by a dedicated AI assistant. The five school partners will now translate, review and proofread the final resources into Slovenian, Croatian, Spanish, Danish and Lithuanian, with completion planned by 28 February 2026.
Five-country trial helps partners strengthen the platform and training resources
On 2 and 3 April 2025, the project partners met in Croatia to review the results of the five-country trial and agree a shared improvement plan. All 10 participating teachers completed a 20-item knowledge assessment, achieving an average score of 18.3 out of 20 (91.5%), and provided detailed feedback on the course, evaluation instrument, toolbox and platform.
Based on the teachers’ experience and the recommendations received from the Erasmus+ National Agency, the partners agreed to create shorter learning blocks, add more practical examples and visual materials, improve navigation and the links between the course and the toolbox, strengthen assessment, and introduce podcasts and AI-supported scenarios. These improvements will now be implemented during the final development phase and will shape the final version of the platform and training resources.
First six-language version of the School Teachers Learning platform ready for testing
The first version of the School Teachers Learning platform is now ready for testing in six languages, providing secondary-school teachers with an online course, an evaluation instrument and practical resources for planning school-based prevention. The trial will involve 10 teachers — two from each partner school in Slovenia, Croatia, Spain, Denmark and Lithuania.
The participating teachers will complete the course and assessment and use the project toolbox to plan and implement prevention activities involving 200 pupils. Their experience and feedback will help the project partners identify the improvements needed before producing the final version of the platform and learning resources.
Project partners meet in Spain to define the new digital platform for secondary-school teachers
On 23 and 24 January 2024, representatives of the seven project organisations met in Spain to agree the detailed content and specifications for the first version of the School Teachers Learning digital platform on adolescent risk behaviours. The partnership brings together prevention specialists, a university and five schools from Slovenia, Croatia, Spain, Denmark and Lithuania.
The partners agreed to develop an online course, an evaluation instrument and a practical toolbox to help teachers design and implement prevention systems in their schools. The first resources will be produced in English and translated into Slovenian, Croatian, Spanish, Danish and Lithuanian. They will then be tested with teachers in five countries so that their feedback can be used to improve the final version.
